This website is open for ordering from Friday at noon until Monday at 5:30pm. Orders are picked up on Wednesdays, 4:30 p.m. to 6pm, at Christ Episcopal Church, 509 Scott St. in downtown Little Rock. Park at the corner of 6th and Scott. For Saturday pickup, put in your order at www.littlerock.locallygrown.net from Sunday to Wednesday morning.

It's hard to beat a good bar-b-que'd brisket, especially when it comes from naturally-raised, grass-fed Angus beef. Our livestock not only have plenty of pasture and spring water to keep them healthy, we never brand or use cattle prods on our animals. Not only is that the ethical way to raise beef, it also results in a higher quality cuts of meat. Taste the difference when you try our brisket! Smoke it or put it on the grill...or simply cook it in the oven (Marinate with your choice of seasonings overnight. In the morning, drain the marinade and sprinkle the brisket with worcestershire sauce. Wrap in foil and bake at 250F for 6 hours. Unwrap brisket, pour a bottle of your favorite bar-b-que sauce on top and return to the oven for an hour.)
